⭐WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need to be perfect — we're looking for people who are dependable, motivated, and ready to work.

Candidates should be able to:

• Lift approximately 40-50 lbs., depending on the position
• Stand for the duration of the shift
• Bend, stoop, stretch, and reach as required
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Read and understand shop orders and production schedules
• Meet production, quality, and safety expectations
• Take initiative and be proactive
• Maintain good attendance and arrive on time
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Report equipment or production issues to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance personnel

⭐ STARTING PAY: $13.50/HOUR
